Born in Buckinghamshire, England, and singing since the age of five, Freya Skye went from singing in her bedroom to singing on arena stages across cities. Now, with being in Zombies 4 and going on tour for the first time: Welcome Freya Skye.
Early Life/ First Dip Into Fame
At only the age of five, Freya began her music journey when she got a karaoke machine as a gift. During 2020, she released her first song during lockdown; the song was called “Show some love.” The meaning behind this song is about unity, equality, and celebrating our differences. In the year 2021, she dropped her first debut single called “I love the way.” The meaning of this song is about highlighting the small things and the positive things that happen in life.
International Fame
In 2022, Freya gained international recognition by representing the United Kingdom at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Yerevan, Armenia. With her song “Lose My Head,” the meaning behind this song is about being captivated and overwhelmed by someone’s attention-seeking behavior and how the person takes what they want. In 2024, Freya Skye played the role of Nova in the movie Zombies 4: The Dawn of the Vampires. Zombies 4 is about overcoming generational divides, breaking prejudices, and uniting rival groups (daywalkers and vampires) face a common threat.
While acting in the movie, Freya released a few hit singles: “Walk Over,” “Golds Gone,” and “Who I Thought I Knew.” The meaning behind all the songs is about growing up and facing change. You start to think that things will stay the same, like relationships, the way you see things, and the happy things, but really, they don’t stay the same. People aren’t always who you think they are. In 2025, Freya Skye and many others from Zombies and the movie Descendants. It was a live interactive concert featuring music from these two movies. The tour was called “Worlds Collide”. The Tour kicked off July 17th in San Diego, California, and then concluded on September 16th, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Freya Skye Stars Align tour kicks off on February 6th, 2026, in Portland at the Roseland Theater and ends on March 8th, 2026, in Ritz Manchester, UK. Freya’s most recent song was released on December 2, 2025. The song is named “Silent Treatment”. The meaning behind this song is the painful experience of suddenly being cut off by someone you care deeply about.
Personal Thoughts On Freya Skye
Personally, I think Freya is a sweet little angel. She is so kind to everyone, and especially the fans. She is so talented for only being sixteen years old. On February 6th, my friend and I are going to see her live in Portland. I’m so excited to see her perform live. It’s definitely gonna be a night to remember. Freya Skye was just five years old when she started her journey, and look where she is now. She is performing at sold-out arenas. So don’t doubt your ability to do things because look where Freya is right now.
