2019 has been a year full of many ups and downs, especially for some celebrities, including arrests, scandals, and much more. These include the rapper ASAP Rocky, Jordyn Woods, Khloe Kardashian, and Lori Loughlin.

Rapper ASAP Rocky, 30, was arrested on July 3rd, 2019 and charged with assault in Sweden, all because of an altercation he had with two other men that were from there which soon turned violent. Rocky, along with others, was walking around the Stockholm streets when two men began following them without a reason and had been harassing others. After a couple of weeks passed of the rapper being arrested on July 19th, President  Donald Trump decided to get involved in this situation and try to help lighten the situation up. The president later said on twitter,“ Give ASAP Rocky his freedom. We do so much for Sweden but it doesn’t seem to work the other way around. Sweden should focus on its real crime problem!” Later it was said that Trump had talked with authorities about the case and ended in ASAP Rocky’s release on August 2nd, 2019. 

Lori Laughlin is another celebrity that was involved in a scandal so far this year which also included her daughter Olivia Jade. On March 12, 2019, Lori Laughlin along with many others were caught in a college admission scam. Lori Laughlin had secretly paid $500,000 to get her two daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose into the University of California to make sure they would be accepted into the university. This all resulted in Olivia Jade’s downfall. It also caused them to be sued by Jennifer Kay Toy for $500 billion, as she was furious because she knew her son wouldn’t have a chance at being accepted into colleges. Currently, Lori Loughlin could be facing up to 40 years in jail because of this dilemma that hasn’t ended yet. 

Now for our last thing, we will be discussing one that seemed to have left many people shocked and thinking. Tristan Thompson was “caught” cheating on Khloe Kardashian yet again. This time though, it was a bit more personal than before. This time Khloe’s boyfriend had been caught with Jordyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s best friend, at a party. Soon after Khloe found out, she was very hurt by it and also decided to confront Tristan about it. He admitted to it and Khloe decided to end their relationship. Khloe was devastated to know about this but things that Jordyn wanted to clear up were cleared up. Jordyn Woods went live on “Red Table Talk” alongside Jada Pinkett Smith to share the truth about what had occurred that day at the party. Jordyn Woods did also admit that Tristan had kissed her but she was shocked about it. She also told Jada “I’m no homewrecker”, meaning she didn’t mean any harm to anyone and that it’d never been her intention to hurt someone like Khloe, someone she has known for a long time and that she loves. Jordyn also mentioned that all of this had caused great havoc in her life and that she was “apologetic” for what had occurred. After the Red Table Talk, Jordyn seemed to be happy with herself for going on there and finally letting her truth come out. As of now Jordyn Woods and Khloe Kardashian don’t seem to be as close anymore. Neither with Kylie Jenner, but Jenner said that she will always love Jordyn.
