In his words, the Bullet Journal is meant “to help you track the past, organize the present, and plan for the future.” It’s an amazing system that keeps a record of everything you could ever want to toss at it. It can hold secrets, plans, achievements and more.

What to include in your journal

-A title page to bring your bullet journal to life.

-A daily spread or a place where you plan and record your tasks, events, and notes as they occur throughout the course of the day.
