Gracie Madigan Abrams is an American singer and songwriter Who’s music career took off during the pandemic (2020). Abrams has been an opening singer for Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour,” along with having a Grammy-nominated song with Swift titled “Us!” She also performed an opening act for Olivia Rodrigo’s “Sour Tour” in 2021. Abrams was also featured on a remix with Noah Kahan’s hit titled “Everywhere, Everything.” This had her in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Getting Gracie more recognized for her musical talents. Gracie Abrams was born on September 7th, 1999, in Los Angeles, California. She has 2 brothers and began writing songs at the age of 8. She started her career by sharing clips of her original musical pieces and covers on social media. Abrams learned how to songwrite after her mother’s encouragement to journal, and then instantly fell in love. Gracie said, “I can’t imagine myself as a kid, just randomly falling into songwriting, had I not been journaling since before I could even read my handwriting back. Abrams went on to graduate high school in 2018 and study international relations at Barnard College, but took a year off to focus on her music.
