Fashion Trends Now: Halloween Costumes
Have you had a hard time trying to find the perfect Halloween costume that is cheap and good-looking? Don’t worry, you’re not alone and I’m here to save you with these awesome Halloween costume tips and tricks.
As a student, it’s hard to make everything fit into your budget, especially with all the essential needs (fro-yo, McDonald’s…..) that come throughout the school year. Here’s a solution to your problem. DIY, or do it yourself! You can find your old costume and spice it up.
Remember like in many other things, it works in Halloween costumes also. Less is more. If you’re stuck thinking what to wear, you may be thinking about something too complicated. For example, you can be a ghost just by cutting holes to an old sheet and you’re ready! You don’t need all those fancy and expensive accessories.
Another great alternative is to twin with someone. Maybe your costume buddy is your own honey booboo, your dog, or your best friend. Your choice! Just wear the same clothes/costumes with someone and say that you are twins and there you go, your costume is ready.
Some classic costumes are zombies, monsters, witches, devils, superheroes and celebrities. They can be easy to make by yourself but if you don’t classify yourself as a handy person you can just buy them. Of course, it’s going to be more expensive than do it yourself but this is a great possibility for all the lazy trick or treaters. Amazon is a great place to find cheap Halloween costumes!
Don’t think too much. Use your imagination and if you’re still stuck, find inspiration online.
This year extra popular costumes are princess, bunny, pirate, superheroes, unicorns, and dinosaurs. I think we all have seen the memes where the T-rex is running and doing everything you can think of… The famous T-rex costume is a little expensive but I think it’s worth it.
For all the Mean Girls fans I would recommend bunny costume. If you know what I’m talking about, this is for you. This doesn’t need more explanations.
Do you have a favorite movie or series? You can be your favorite character or idol for Halloween. And it’s not that hard or expensive to do that. For all the office lovers you can be Michael Scott And it’s super easy! Just wear a white shirt, men’s jacket, tie, and black fancy pants. Don’t forget to have a sign with Michael’s quotes and you’ll have the best costume ever.
