Do you love watching dramas? Baddies is the perfect show to be entertained while seeing many businesswomen earn their money together and watch women get into physical altercations with each other. There are 7 seasons so far. Each season has grown more popular each time. Baddies started because Natalie Nunn and Tanisha Thomas wanted to do a spin-off version of Bad Girls Club, which had ended a few years before. They flew out multiple girls to a mansion in Atlanta to earn some money together. This is how the first season, Baddies ATL, started.
Baddies ATL only had 8 females, including Tanisha and Natalie. The 6 other females are: Sydney Starr, Sarah, Seven, Judy, Janelle, and Christina. Every girl from this cast was in Bad Girls Club except for Sydney Starr. This season, out of all the others, was the least entertaining one, and many others can agree. There were many arguments over something as small as a sheet of toilet paper. They weren’t able to make money together due to many petty arguments. Tanisha and Natalie decided to end the season early because the girls weren’t able to work together, and the show caused too much stress for them. This makes it the worst season of all because they weren’t able to get bookings or introduce more fans to the show. It started to get more interesting once the second season aired.
Then, in season two, Natalie Nunn no longer worked with Tanisha but continued to do the show without her. The second season, Baddies South, gained many fans and popularity. This season is one of my top favorite seasons. This season has the perfect combination of businesswomen and drama. Every girl in this season got into at least one physical altercation with one of the other girls. Many of them stood on business in the house, but once it was time to go make some money, they made sure to work together and earn that bag. This made them get more bookings since they knew how to separate their personal issues from work. As they traveled the south, each girl made the show gain popularity in their own ways.
Then the Baddies began to travel west in season 3. Baddies West had 3 returning cast members from Baddies South and 7 new members. This cast was the best out of all the seasons. Each girl was already known, and there was real beef between them that made the season entertaining. The best part about this season was the girls truly disliking each other but continuing to work together like boss women. Each girl on their own made the crowd go crazy at the events, but together they were powerful. They all truly loved their fans, and it’s the reason they were so loved. I specifically love how Stunna Girl and Tommie Lee had the worst beef on the show, but never sabotaged each other at their events.
It goes on to continue with Baddies East, which had a large cast, but some of them did not know how to put their personal life aside from work, which affected their bookings. I have mixed feelings about this season because many fallouts were devastating, but they made the drama even better. This season was so harsh that it even made sisters fall out (Tesehki & Chrishean Rock). There were many funny moments, and I enjoyed the season more when the girls got along because it reminded me of the original plot of the sisterhood that the girls are supposed to have.
Then comes the most two-faced season, Baddies Caribbean. Many of the girls did not stand on business and always switched up their words. Many were caught in lies, and even racism was involved. This season is not the best season, but each girl was better individually, and they did not blend together at all. If there were fewer girls, this season could’ve been better, and there would have been less unnecessary drama since there were too many different personalities.
Then the little three joined Baddies Mid-West. This season was very entertaining, but 3 of the females drained the show. Unnecessary comments were dragged all season, and they only wanted to fight for fun and camera time. These 3 girls couldn’t get over their issue since the beginning of the season. Bookings were getting sabotaged since they were constantly fighting. Many of the girls were scared and couldn’t stand what they said.
We end the era with Baddies Africa, the most recent season, which is one of the worst seasons after Baddies ATL. They messed up every booking and couldn’t be all together for even a second, which led to them completely losing the plot of the sisterhood. Natalie Nunn wasn’t even involved with the girls anymore. The new girls felt disconnected from the og’s. Everyone fought just to fight to the point where it was no longer entertaining because there was no resolution. Most of the fights were not fair, and nobody would listen to what anyone said. The reunion is still in process, and I know it’s going to be messy just like this season.
Overall, The Baddies Series is a 10/10 show that provides good entertainment for the viewers and is a show everyone should watch at some point in their lives.
