She has also put out a few singles that will be featured on her upcoming album. Lana Del Rey has had some memorable outfits, controversial relationships, and great music, which makes her one of the most iconic artists of our decade.
Lana has also made some iconic appearances at the Met Gala over the years. Her 2024 appearance was made wearing custom Alexander McQueen to go with the “Sleeping Beauties” theme. Her outfit looked like she belonged in a mythical forest because of the branches and hoof-inspired shoes. Her most recent appearance was at the 2025 Met Gala. Wearing Valentino Couture and an alligator clip that references her husband. Her hair was timeless and classic, making the look absolutely stunning with the tailored silhouette.
Lana Del Rey was also recently at the country music festival called Stagecoach. This has gotten her fan base talking about her recent aesthetic switch to country. Fans are speculating that it’s due to her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who is a swamp tour boat operator from Louisiana. This couple has shocked the internet due to the unexpected chemistry between them. But Lana del Rey has made it clear that she is happier than ever. During her Stagecoach set, she debuted her new single “Henry, Come On” as well as a mix of some of her other new tracks that have yet to be released. She also sang “Let The Light In” for the very first time live with the Secret Sisters, a popular country band. She also covered a few country classics such as “Stand By Your Man” and “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” which closed out her set. Lana knows how to keep her fans on their feet because we never know which vibe she is going to bring. Although it’s been years since her last world tour, she does have a few upcoming performances in the United Kingdom.
Now onto some of my favorite releases from Lana Del Rey. My favorite album is Blue Banisters, and my second favorite is Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. I love Blue Banisters mainly because of the emotion tied to it. I believe it has some of her most emotional tracks, like Dealer and Sweet Carolina. Some of my favorite tracks from Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd are Let the Light In and Margaret. I love these songs because they highlight her more angelic sound and remind me of some of her older songs.
Overall, Lana Del Rey is an amazing artist, and I love how she switches up her taste occasionally. She has a very unique and distinct voice, which is what makes her so special. Her music is also very storytelling, she is able to create a certain persona through every song. Now with the release of her new album coming up and her unexpected relationship, she can stay very relevant and is constantly in the media.
