Pizza is one of Italy most famous Italian foods. Pizza was first made by a man named Raffaele Esposito in the 18th century in the city of Naples. Pizza is a worldwide favorite food and is one of America’s most famous foods. People like eating pizza in many different ways, some people like pizza with sausage, and others like it with just cheese. The most common pizza people order is Margherita pizza with the topping of tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basils, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt, and the second most ordered pizza is pepperoni pizza

Many companies like to make pizza-flavored stuff like pizza-flavored pringles or pizza bites, etc. and while it may sound weird there is even pizza-flavored ice cream. While there are many different ways to eat pizza there has been a popular question on rather pineapple should belong on pizza, many people have been 50/50 on it half of them saying no and the other saying yes. I personally think pineapple does belong on pizza, and I have tasted it and enjoyed it. Still, others beg to differ and say that pineapple on pizza is the worst and that people should not be eating it.

Pizza is an international favorite today, but it has its origins as a last resort meal for low-income families that live in the Naples area and it was cheap and easy to make. Another fun fact about pizza is it became more popular in the United States after world war ll that was because a large number of U.S. soldiers stationed in Italy while they grew to like pizza. This helped to make the dish more popular as they influenced more people on their return home from where they were stationed. 

As foods get more popular and people find more ways to eat, drink, or even plus the size of foods somehow pizza has made its way into being one of the foods people mess around with, and with that, they made the largest pizza in the world with the size of 1228 inches in diameter and was made in Rome, Italy. This pizza was also known to be 100 percent gluten-free. 

The first ever pizzeria was built in New York City in the United States, the pizzeria was originally a grocery store before it started selling pizzas in the early 1900s. Almost everyone eats pizza whether it is eating pizza for a celebration like a party or watching a game or maybe you just want to sit down and watch a movie while eating pizza. I personally like to eat pizza when I’m having a movie night with my family or when I’m at a party. I usually have pepperoni because that’s the one I favor the most.
